Store Delivery

What is In-Store Delivery?

It is an application that allows you to receive your order from your preferred Lescon store. When creating your order, simply choose a suitable store for you as the delivery address.

By choosing the Store Delivery option, you can try the product you ordered in our store and have the opportunity to combine it with our other complementary products.

How can I choose In-Store Delivery?

In the delivery and billing information section, “I want to receive it from the store.” When you select the option, you can choose the appropriate store for you from the listed stores.

Is the in-store delivery service chargeable?

There is no shipping fee or additional fee for the orders you create with the Store Delivery option.

When will my order arrive in the store?

The products you order are sent to our store within 7 working days at the latest from the order date.

How do I know when my order has arrived at the store?

When your order reaches our store, a notification message will be sent to your e-mail address registered in your membership information.

How and when can I pick up my order from the store?

You can receive your ordered products against your signature by declaring your order number and identity document (Identity Card, Driver's License or Passport) in the Cashier section of our stores.
You can receive your order from our street stores between 12:00-18:00, 6 days a week except Sunday, or from our shopping mall stores between 12:00 and 20:00, 7 days a week.

Can someone other than me pick up my order?

In cases where you cannot come to our store to receive your order, any person you authorize can receive your order from our store on your behalf. In such a case, before the delivery of your order, our store will inform you by calling your phone number registered in your order information, in accordance with our security practice. In cases where you are contacted by phone and “delivery confirmation” is not received, the order will not be delivered.

How soon should I receive my order from the store?

The products you have ordered are kept in our stores for 7 days after they arrive at the store. Products not received within this period are sent back to our Internet warehouse.

Can I exchange and return the orders that I will receive from the Store?

You can make your exchange and return transactions from our stores, provided that the product/products have not been used within 30 days of receiving your order from the store.

Do you provide free modification service in your store?

Yes. For the products you receive from the store, modifications in our stores are free for 15 days.
